Medical Insurance - MHR provides under the medical reimbursement arrangement to the employee health insurance reimbursement up to $300.00 per month.
Dental Insurance - MHR currently offers dental insurance at no cost to the employee.
Life Insurance - Individuals employed by MHR will be provided with a life insurance policy valued at $10,000 at no expense to the employee.
Worker's Compensation Insurance - All employees in all locations are covered by worker's compensation which provides for benefits in case of on-the-job injury or death.
Professional Liability Insurance - Mental Health Resources, Inc. maintains Professional Liability Insurance in amounts to be set by the Board of Directors with capital indemnity for all employees.
Surety-Fidelity Bond - Mental Health Resources, Inc. maintains blanket position coverage on all employees handling cash and/or the financial records.
Annual Leave - Support staff accrue annual leave at four (4) hours per pay period (semi-monthly), equivalent to 12 work days per year. Professional, managerial, administrative, and executive staff accrue annual leave at the rate of six (6) hours per pay period (semi-monthly), equivalent to 18 work days per year, after one year of employment.
Sick Leave - Full-time staff accrue annual leave at four (4) hours per pay period (semi-monthly), equivalent to 12 work days per year.
MHR offers paid holidays for all full time employees.
The Corporation observes two Personal Leave Days for regular full-time professional, managerial, administrative, and executive staff.
